Role Overview

• The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of construction sites, ensuring that projects are executed according to agreed schedules, and maintaining high-quality standards. The role involves close coordination with vendors, designers, and other professionals to deliver projects as per the finalized designs and client requirements. The Site Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining adherence to health and safety regulations and ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders.

Specific Roles & Responsibilities

1. Project Execution: Oversee day-to-day operations of the site to ensure project execution as per the agreed schedule.
2. Technical Guidance: Understand and explain the technical requirements of the work to team members.
3. Team Motivation: Provide positive direction to execution partners to motivate and implement quality performance.
4. Goal Setting: Set project goals and oversee their completion.
5. Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients regarding implementation queries and project updates.
6. High-End Project Management: Preferably manage the implementation of interiors for high-end premium villas/residential projects.
7. Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate timely and effectively with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors to eliminate delays and blockages in execution.
8. Reporting: Prepare interim and final checklists and reports, and submit them to the management as required.
9. Client Requirement Management: Understand client requirements and interface between clients and designers in case of deviations, ensuring alignment with company principles.
10. Issue Resolution: Handle escalations at the site in a professional manner.
11. Training and Recruitment: Assist with the recruitment and training of new staff.
12. Documentation: Process paperwork and travel to multiple sites as required.
13. Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
14. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with safety codes and advancements in construction.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in the residential interior industry.
• Communication Skills: Good communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory.
• Multitasking Ability: Capable of handling 4-6 projects simultaneously.
• Team Player: Self-motivated, energetic, and a team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
• Industry Knowledge: Keeping up to date with new developments in the design industry.
• Technical Skills: Experience with Auto-CAD, ability to read detailed joinery drawings, and proficiency in MS Office.
• Coordination Skills: Experience in coordination with clients and designers from concept to final stage.
• Management Skills: Excellent site and vendor management skills.
• Execution Skills: Ability to execute the interior project based on finalized designs provided by the designer.
• Quality Focus: Confident in communicating regularly with vendors and designers to ensure execution as per finalized design and within the schedule, maintaining the utmost quality.

Relevant experience: 1-3 years*
 1 to 3 years of experience in the residential interior industry.
