JD FOR SITE SUPERVISOR

The ideal candidate will have excellent site and vendor management skills and be able to execute the interior project based on finalized designs provided by the designer. The candidate will have an in-depth understanding of materials, working techniques, dependencies of activities in the interiors field and apply it to deliver a smooth site execution experience. The desired candidate should be able to work closely with the Design team and Execution partners in order to deliver to customers the best interior design experience of their life.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day to day operations of the Site to ensure project execution as per agreed schedule.
  • To understand the technical requirements of the work and be able to explain the same to others.
  • Provide positive direction to execution partners to motivate and implement quality performance.
  • Set project goals and oversee projects to completion
  • Communicate with clients effectively regarding the implementation queries.
  • Should have preferably worked on implementation of interiors for high end premium Villas/ Residential Projects.
  • Communicate timely and effectively with clients, designers, contractors & vendors to eliminate delays and blockages in execution.
  • Prepare interim and final checklists and reports and submit to the management as required.
  • Understanding client requirements and interfacing between client and designers in case of deviations as per company principles.
  • Handle escalations at site in a professional manner.

Qualification

  • 1 to 3 Years of Experience in the Residential Interior Industry.
  • Good Communication skills in English and Hindi is Mandatory.
  • Candidates should be good at multitasking and be able to handle 4-6 projects simultaneously.
  • Candidates must be self-motivated, energetic, be a team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Keeping up to date with new developments in the design industry.
  • Experience of Auto-CAD, ability to read detailed joinery drawings and MS Office is a must.
  • Experience of Coordination with Client / Designers from concept to final stage.
  • Ensuring teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines.
  • Monitoring construction processes, and providing training and team building sessions are required.
  • Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Performing equipment, material, and routine site inspections.
  • Scheduling regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers, and staff.
  • Writing up reports, budgets, project plans, and presenting them to relevant stakeholders.
  • Working closely with architects and other professionals.
