Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Intern to join our team. Specific Roles & Responsibilities:
Project Assistance:

Assist in the planning, execution, and management of various projects within the construction, architecture, real estate, and interior design sectors.
Work closely with senior team members to support day-to-day operations, including documentation, coordination, and communication with stakeholders.
Research and Analysis:

Conduct research on industry trends, materials, and best practices to support project development.
Analyze data and prepare reports to assist in decision-making processes.
Content and Documentation:

Assist in preparing project documentation, presentations, and reports.
Contribute to the creation of content for marketing materials, social media, and company websites.
Client Interaction:

Support the team in client meetings, presentations, and discussions.
Help in addressing client queries and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Learning and Development:

Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance industry knowledge and skills.
Take on additional responsibilities as required to support the team and gain a well-rounded experience.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Education: Recent graduates or students pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Real Estate, Interior Design, or a related field.
Experience: 0-1 years of experience in any of the relevant industries. Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Skills:
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of industry principles and best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design software (for architecture and interior design roles).
Eagerness to learn and a positive attitude.
Relevant Experience:
Experience Level: Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in the construction, architecture, real estate, or interior design fields are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in these industries is preferred but not mandatory.
Additional Information:

Location: This is an in-office internship based in JP Nagar, Bangalore.
Stipend: Competitive stipend based on interview performance.
Duration: 6 months with the possibility of extension based on performance.
