    Role Overview
    • Interiosplash, a Luxury interior design company in Bangalore, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and contribute to our company’s success in the construction, architecture, planning, real estate, and interior design industries. This role requires a passion for interior design, a strong sales background, and excellent communication skills.
    Specific Roles & Responsibilities
    1. Engage with potential clients to understand their interior design needs and preferences.
    2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
    3. Maintain in-depth knowledge of our design services, products, and industry trends.
    4. Conduct consultations with clients to discuss design ideas, budgets, and project timelines.
    5. Deliver compelling sales pitches highlighting key benefits and features of our products and services.
    6. Manage and follow up on leads, ensuring timely responses and nurturing client relationships.
    7. Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to project completion.
    8. Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure client expectations are met.
    9. Provide regular sales reports and market insights to the management team.
    10. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
    11. Use CRM software effectively for lead management and tracking.
    12. Analyze sales data using Microsoft Excel to identify trends and opportunities.
    Desired Candidate Profile
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
    • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
    • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and CRM software
    • Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about interior design
    • Adaptable to different customer personas and able to tailor communication accordingly
    • Strong time management skills
    • Basic understanding of construction, architecture, and real estate industries

    Relevant experience: 1-2 years*
    Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the interior design, construction, architecture, or real estate industries. At least 6 months of tele calling or direct sales experience is required.
